Your reservation can be guaranteed with your Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. Must be 21 years of age to register as a hotel guest.
Cancellations: Cancellations can sometimes be unavoidable; we do require a cancellation be made at least 72 hours prior to your stay, unless otherwise noted.
Peak Season with 2 night minimums: All Festival weekends, major holiday weekends, Thanksgiving through January 4th.
Peak Season Deposits: A one night deposit to your Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover will guarantee your room.
Peak Season Cancellations: A 14 day cancellation policy applies. Any cancellations 14 days prior to your stay will be refunded the remainder of the deposit. Any cancellations within the 14 day cancellation window will be obligated to pay for the first night including tax. Cancellations must be made in person or via phone. No voice mail or e-mail cancellations will be accepted. In the event you must cancel you will receive a cancellation number. Please retain the cancellation number and the name of the person assisting you.
Smoke-free/Pet-Free: The Bavarian Lodge and entire grounds are smoke free/pet free environments. We will be happy to recommend other hotels in the area that do permit smoking and/or allow pets. Guests who elect to smoke or bring pets into the rooms will be charged a $300.00 minimum cleaning fee on their bill or through their group leader.
