Policies
Check-In: After 3:00pm
Check-out: 11:00 am.
Your reservation can be guaranteed with your Visa, Master Card, American Express
or Discover. Photo identification and valid credit or debit card will be required at check in.
Cancellations: Cancellations can sometimes be unavoidable; we do require a cancellation be made at least 72 hours prior to your stay, unless otherwise noted. All cancellations must be made in person or via telephone. No e-mail or voice mail cancellations will be accepted.
Peak Season with 2 night minimums: All Festival weekends, major holiday weekends and November 27, 2008 - January 3, 2009.
Peak Season Deposits: A one night deposit to your Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover will guarantee your room.
Peak Season Cancellations: We require any cancellation a minimum of 14 days prior to check-in. If a cancellation is necessary within the 14 day limit, we will make every attempt to rebook your room for you. Your deposit will be promptly returned if your room is rebooked. All Peak Season cancellations will be charged a $15.00 fee. All cancellations must be made in person or via telephone. No e-mail or voice mail cancellations will be accepted.
Smoke-free/Pet-Free: The Bavarian Lodge and entire grounds are smoke free/pet
free environments. We will be happy to recommend other hotels in the area that do permit smoking and/or allow pets. Guests who elect to smoke or bring pets into the rooms will be charged a $300.00 minimum cleaning fee on their bill or through their group leader.
